New Podcast Centering on the Animation Industry From a Neurodivergent Perspective to Debut in March 2023

Orlando, FL and Baltimore, MD - Two autistic artists and friends announce today the launch of a new podcast, devoted to all things animation and everything else, to debut in March of 2023.Co-hosted by animation enthusiast and graphic design and art hobbyist Adrian Mata alongside current University of the Arts (Philadelphia, PA) student and fellow artist and filmographer Emma Settles, The Sachairi & Peaches Show: Animation, Autism & Everything Else! is a new podcast devoted to the animation industry, with the latest news and views from around the community, plus analysis and reviews of the latest and greatest works within the medium. The podcast aims to be a destination for animation enthusiasts everywhere, particularly those who are neurodivergent, as Mata and Settles also plan to share their daily autistic lives from time to time, as well as their other interests."For a while, I've had an idea of hosting my own podcast to share my own views as an autistic person living in this day and age. To do this with my friend Emma, and center it around the animation industry, it will be a unique journey for the both of us as we prepare to offer our own perspectives on animated works and what's going on within the industry today," said Adrian Mata, Co-Host and Creator of The Sachairi & Peaches Show."As someone breaking into the industry, I sincerely hope my own unique insight and experiences with being both an artist and animator and being an autistic person can further illuminate both the pitfalls and the triumphs of the current state of the animation industry, especially as it pertains to story and design, as well as accessibility," said Emma Settles, Co-Host of The Sachairi & Peaches Show.Adrian and Emma plan to have interviews with various guests from time to time over the course of the first season, from within and outside the animation industry, to have them share which works they are devoted to, as well as other works in progress that they are tending to for future release. The podcast is scheduled to premiere on most major supported platforms on March 7, 2023, two days following the 95th Academy Awards, held in Hollywood, CA, as the duo analyze and review the night's big winner in Best Animated Feature.Listeners interested in The Sachairi & Peaches Show can follow Adrian and Emma on DeviantArt, @AdrianMata26 and @LocalPeaches respectively; follow Adrian further on Instagram, @ adrianmata.26 and @ sachlandhub, on YouTube, @ Sachland (Adrian Mata // Sachland), and Tumblr, @ adrianmata26; and follow Emma further on YouTube, @ localpeachesstudios8124 (LocalPeaches Studios).
